Broadlink Pty Ltd (Broadlink) offers many different categories of financial products.
Personal information is collected from our clients and introducers either directly or through the use of intermediaries to enable Broadlink to establish and customise financial packages to meet our clients' needs.
Personal information includes any information from which you can reasonably be identified.
The reason Broadlink collects personal information is to assess clients' credit and financial positions when they apply for a loan or other product from Broadlink.
Broadlink may at times use personal information to make product related offers to our clients.
Broadlink is committed to protect the security of our clients' personal information. We take all reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse or unauthorised access.
Broadlink may provide personal data to related entities within the group but will not pass personal information on to unrelated third parties unless it is for the purpose of arranging accreditation, finance or other related agreements on behalf of our clients.
Broadlink may share client information with Financiers, Credit Reporting Agencies, Business and Financial Planners, Insurers, Valuers or other relevant third parties directly involved in arranging client facilities. Any provision of information is made securely and is limited to necessary disclosure only.
By law Broadlink must hold information about their clients, even after they cease to be a client, however, after the time required by law the personal information will be thoroughly and safely destroyed.

A fee may be charged dependant on the type and quantity of information provided.
